At the last portfolio review I attended a very crotchety senior graphic designer who worked for McCormick spices gave me some feedback that I didn't take to heart right away. He told me that even though I had some illustration skill, I wouldn't be able to get a job because my work has no application. So here you have this piece! I took one of my favorite illustrations I've done and put it in a context. I even had some fun and did hand drawn type and a nifty border to make it look authentic and stand out. Take that you miserly spice designer.
